The BAUET Journal is a multi-disciplinary, peer-reviewed and annual journal for publication of original research papers, review articles and case studies from a wide sources dealing with all aspects of science, engineering, technology, agricultural, business, social sciences and other related fields that significantly contributes for the development of national and international scientific community.
Article structure: Author should follow this order when typing manuscripts: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Main text (Introduction, Materials & Method, Results & Discussion and Conclusion) Acknowledgements if any, References.
Types of articles: Full length research paper should be not more than 30 double line spaced manuscript pages, including tables and illustrations. Short Communications should be not more than 10 double line spaced manuscript pages, including tables and illustrations. Review articles and case studies should be no more than 50 double line spaced manuscript pages, including tables and illustrations. Use double spacing and wide (3 cm) margins. (Avoid full justification, i.e., do not use a constant right-hand margin.) Ensure that each new paragraph is clearly indicated. Number all pages consecutively; use 12 or 11 pt font size and standard fonts (Times new Roman or Arial).
Title: Title should be concise and informative. Abbreviation and formulae is advised to avoid.
Author names and affiliations: Please clearly indicate the given name(s) and family name(s) of each author and check that all names are accurately spelled. Below the names, present the authors’ affiliation addresses. Indicate all affiliations with a lower-case superscript letter immediately after the author’s name and in front of the appropriate address. Provide the full postal address of each affiliation, including the country name.
Corresponding Author: Clearly indicate who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication, also post-publication. Ensure that the e-mail address is given and that contact details are kept up to date by the corresponding author.
Abstract: A concise and factual abstract is required. Approximately 200 words, outlining in a single paragraph the aims, scope and conclusions of the paper.
Keywords: Authors should select a maximum of five keywords related to the research studies. Each Keyword should be accompanied by the capital letter.
Units: All measurements and data should be given in SI units, or if SI units do not exist, in an internationally accepted unit. If you use any symbol or unit that may not be generally recognized, please include an explanatory footnote the first time it is used.
Math formulae: Equations and formulae should be typewritten wherever possible. Equations should be numbered consecutively on the right hand side of the page.
Figures & Tables: All figures and tables should have title with chronological numbers, appropriate captions. Figure captions should be placed below the figures. Tables should not duplicate results presented elsewhere in the manuscript. Footnotes to tables should be typed below the table and should be referred to by superscript lowercase letters.
Cover Letter: A cover letter must accompany the manuscript, and it must contain the following elements:
- Manuscript title
- Name of the corresponding author
- Names of all other co-authors
- A statement confirming the manuscript, or its contents in some other form, has not been published previously by any of the authors and/or is not under consideration for publication in another journal at the time of submission
- The names and contact information, including e-mail addresses, of three possible potential reviewers

Reference Style: All publications cited in the text should be presented in a list of references following the text of the manuscript. In the text refer to references by a number in square brackets on the line. As for example as mentioned [3,4]. The full reference should be given in a numerical list at the end of the paper.
